We are an Australian-owned supplier of premium charcoal products, supplying both wholesale (business) and retail (individual) customers across Australia.

2. Retail & Wholesale Customers

Our products are available to:

  • Retail customers purchasing for personal use

  • Wholesale customers purchasing for business or commercial purposes

Certain products, pricing, minimum order quantities, or delivery options may differ between retail and wholesale customers.

We reserve the right to:

  • Request verification of business details for wholesale accounts

  • Apply trade pricing or conditions only to approved wholesale customers

3. Orders & Acceptance

All orders placed through this website or directly with us are subject to acceptance.

An order is not confirmed until:

  • Payment has been received (unless approved credit terms apply), and

  • We issue an order confirmation or invoice

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock availability, pricing errors, or operational reasons.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise

  • Prices may include or exclude GST, which will be clearly displayed at checkout

  • Delivery and additional charges will be shown before order confirmation

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment must be made in full prior to dispatch unless agreed otherwise in writing.

5. Delivery & Risk

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only.

Risk in the goods passes to you:

  • Upon delivery to your nominated address, or

  • Upon collection by you or your nominated carrier

You are responsible for inspecting goods upon delivery and notifying us of any issues within 48 hours.

6. Product Information & Use

Charcoal is a natural product and may vary in size, appearance, and burn performance.

You are responsible for:

  • Safe handling and storage

  • Using products in accordance with safety guidelines

  • Ensuring appropriate use for your application

We are not liable for damage or loss caused by misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow safety instructions.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law.

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind

  • Refunds, replacements, or repairs will be provided where goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described

Claims must be made within a reasonable time and supported with evidence.

Wholesale orders may be subject to additional conditions, which will be communicated at the time of sale.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

If goods fail to meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to:

  • A repair, replacement, or refund

  • Compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage

Where permitted, our liability is limited to the replacement of goods or the cost of replacement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential loss

  • Loss of profits or business interruption

  • Damage arising from improper use or storage

Our total liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied under the relevant order.
